Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a lesson, please contact us. If you cancel a lesson we will provide a full refund if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time or a 50% refund if you let us know before the scheduled lesson time. We can't provide a refund for no shows or cancellations after the scheduled lesson time. If we are unable to provide a lesson scheduled, we will contact you to arrange a different time, a different tutor or full refund.
